A RESALE CERTIFICATE is required at the time of sale of a residence within Champions Forest subdivision in Austin.  The Seller provides this document to the Title Company before the Closing.  Payment of any dues and fees owed will be required.

The Treasurer of the Champions Forest Homeowners Association will prepare this document.  TWO WEEKS' NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN!  There is a fee for preparation of this document.
